This Privacy Policy covers DataForce, LLC's (hereafter DataForce) treatment of personally identifiable information collected from customers (hereafter "customer" or "you") who use the DataForce Fantasy Football software, as well as customer information that we acquire in the course of our business. DataForce requires all customers to maintain an account on our server with personal information such as name, mailing address, and phone number. In the course of processing a payment transaction, we also receive information about the payment that a consumer has furnished in depositing money.

DataForce uses the information collected to provide services and to process deposit transactions. DataForce may send you service announcements, newsletters, and periodic notices about new services. Personally identifiable consumer information is used to process payment transactions, assist you with customer service and marketing our services and for no other purposes. DataForce does not store credit card numbers in its software or on its servers.

In the course of providing services, DataForce uses cookies to maintain login information. DataForce does not collect any information from your browser, demographics or otherwise.

DataForce does not offer services or sell products to children. DataForce does not request or knowingly collect personally identifiable contact information from anyone under the age of 13.

Information security is critical to our business. We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. We store information gathered on secure computers hosted by; however, your credit card information is not stored.

DataForce and its chosen credit card processing service employ the most current security techniques to keep your payment information secure according to PCI Data Security Standards.

We also require that any personally identifiable customer information sent to us, by you, be encrypted using SSL encryption. It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your Login ID/password and to your computer. Sign off when finished using a shared computer and otherwise protect the password used to access DataForce software.

DataForce reserves the right to modify or amend this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. If there are material changes to this statement or in how DataForce will use personally identifiable information, DataForce will notify you by email prior to implementing the change.
